Few fashion houses have had a history as chaotic and tumultuous as Gucci. Even fewer brands have managed to reinvent themselves so successfully after a century of existence. Much has changed since the original Azienda Individuale Guccio Gucci, opened in Florence in 1921 with the noble art of leather at its heart. Gucci, the flagship of the Kering group, has gone through several lives: the Italian Dolce Vita in the 1950s, its arrival in Hollywood in the 1960s, family feuds in the 1980s, and Tom Ford’s porn chic in the 1990s. An empire skilled in selecting its creative directors, culminating recently with the maximalist Alessandro Michele. In spring 2025, Demna Gvasalia was announced as the new designer of the famiglia.
Premiere in cinemas in Spain.
