Considered one of the most influential filmmakers in the genre, he has developed a singular career marked by an intimate, rigorous, and deeply cinematic at the creators and creative processes that define auteur fashion. Holzemer will come to Barcelona to open the Festival with the film Akris: Fashion With a Heritage (2025), focused on the Swiss brand creatively directed by Albert Kriemle, exploring the balance between tradition, craftsmanship, and innovation.
The retrospective brings together five additional films that exemplify this distinctive approach.
