Toni Sánchez, new director of the Moritz Feed Doc Festival

Moritz Feed Doc begins a new chapter with Toni Sánchez as its new director.

With an eye on the future, he will lead the 10th anniversary of the Barcelona International Fashion and Film Festival, with the aim of consolidating it as an essential event in the city, reaching new audiences, and expanding beyond the Catalan capital.

With a long and acclaimed career in the world of fashion and public relations, he has worked with major brands and served as a representative and publicist for many key figures in the Spanish fashion scene.

Taking on the direction of Feed Doc is an immense honor.

This project is collective and thrives thanks to the drive and motivation of an extraordinary team.

In 2026 we will celebrate 10 years, and this will be possible thanks to the commitment and affection of a group of people who have worked together all these years to keep Feed Doc alive.

In this new stage, we want to be more than ever a space for meeting, inspiration, and cultural advocacy in the city.

Feed Doc is part of Barcelona’s cultural landscape, weaving a network where fashion and audiovisual creation meet, are celebrated, and generate debate.

We believe in culture as a tool for transformation. We support new talents, tradition and craftsmanship, the wisdom of experienced voices, and a transversal, diverse, and inclusive approach to fashion and film.

This festival belongs to everyone. And so does culture.” says Toni Sánchez.

The festival’s films, documentaries, and activities invite reflection on the narratives fashion has generated over time, its aesthetic evolution, and its impact on society. It is a space where cinema becomes a window to discover, reinterpret, and celebrate fashion in all its complexity—connecting past, present, and future through inspiring stories.

Uri Altell will continue to lead the cultural and business project surrounding the Festival and other cultural initiatives, following a new strategic roadmap aimed at expanding the impact of audiovisual content both nationally and internationally.
